Elevator Maintenance
A periodic, careful and consistent maintenance program will improve the long-term reliability, safety and efficiency of your vertical transportation equipment. At SFES Corp, we will maintain your elevators on a monthly basis, including cleaning and lubricating parts, testing all and every one of the safeties involved in the automatic operation of the elevator. We will test the telephone and alarm bell and examining all elevator equipment to ensure it is safe and operating properly.
In addition, whenever possible, the same technician will service your elevators each month; therefore, getting familiar with your equipment, instead of a new person each time. This Practice leads to consistency and reliability. And you’ll always know when we’ve been there. Our technicians will check in and out with a designated person on site. If a manager is not on site, a leave ticket will be left in the elevator machine room. Plus, we will send an email notification of service and maintenance calls detailing the work that was performed.
We maintain all types of elevator equipment for all makes and models of elevators, including proprietary equipment manufactured by the major elevator companies: Otis, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp and KONE.

Should you choose to employ our services, the entire spectrum of our expertise, knowledge and experience will be at your disposal; providing you with the very best of service in all matters related to your specific elevator project.
Full Elevator Maintenance Service Contract
We will provide a Maintenance Program to maximize the performance, life span and safety of equipment. On a monthly basis your elevator(s) will be examined, adjusted, and lubricated as required, and if, in our judgment, condition warrants, clean, repair the motor belts, door operator belts, gaskets, relays, resistors, fuses, timing devices, limit switches, door hangers, pick up rollers, door contacts, hall button bulbs, car-station bulbs, door interlock contacts, door gibs, door closer, bulbs, contacts.
Where a part replacement is required, we will be responsible for the cost of material and we will absorb the straight time costs of labor. This service does not include special examination(s), which will be made upon request, if trouble should develop or difficulties arise between such regular examinations. All work will be performed during regular working hours of regular working days of the elevator trade, unless otherwise specified below:
The company will provide EMERGENCY MINOR adjustments call back service (Service requests and entrapments are defined as minor adjustments) 24 hours/ 7 days a week, Monday thru Sunday, Response time within two hours.
Convenience Elevator Maintenance Service Contract
On a monthly basis your elevator(s) will be examined, adjusted, and lubricated as required, and if, in our judgment, condition warrants, clean, repair, fuses, timing devices, limit switches, door hangers, pick up rollers, door contacts, hall button bulbs, car-station bulbs, door interlock contacts, door gibs, door closer, bulbs, contacts.

Limited Elevator Maintenance Service Contract
On a quarterly or semiannual basis your elevator(s) will be examined, adjusted, lubricated as required, and if, in our judgment, condition warrants, clean, repair, fuses, timing devices, limit switches, door hangers, pick up rollers, door contacts, hall button bulbs, car-station bulbs, door interlock contacts, door gibs, door closer, bulbs, contacts.
Where a part replacement is required, you will be responsible for the cost of material and costs of labor. All work will be performed during regular working hours of regular working days of the elevator trade, unless otherwise specified below: All repairs and service calls will be billed separately.
